Shipping + Returns
At Lopa we know you have a lot going on, so it is our goal to make the process of investing in your family and community an easy and enjoyable one. We are happy to offer 1st Class Domestic Shipping via USPS within the continental United States for all orders made online. Your Lopa Booties will typically reach you within 2-4 days of their shipping date. If you are located outside of our typical shipping zones, please feel free to email us and we will do whatever we can to accommodate shipping Lopas to your location.
Terms and conditions: In-stock Lopa Booties ship within 3 business days of your online order. Due to our small batch fabric selections, Lopa Booties are typically made-to-order, and ship out within 7-10 business days. You will receive an email notification with a tracking number when your order ships.
Please email us if your purchase is time-sensitive or if you require any special modifications to your Lopas. We are happy to accommodate specific needs whenever possible, like extra long ankle tongues, for kiddos with wider ankles. A written record of correspondence ensures your request is noted, and we will always do our best to work with you. It never hurts to ask!
Lopa is not liable for lost or stolen packages and releases responsibility upon transfer of order to the shipping carrier. Lopa will not be held responsible for additional shipping charges incurred if packages are returned to our studio due to customer absence, errors in shipping addresses or package refusal. If you refuse any shipments from Lopa, you remain responsible for all original shipping charges, and the cost of returning the package to us. We will subtract this amount from your merchandise credit, if any.
VARIATIONS + WARRANTY
We inspect each pair of Lopas by hand for flaws before they leave our studio. Please note, each pair of Lopas are handmade in small batches, and slight variations exist in fabric color and texture. In the event you feel you have a defective Lopa Bootie, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org with a description of the problem. We will take a look, and then offer to either replace booties or issue you a store credit upon determination of a defect (your choice). Shipping for damaged items is free.
We want you to love your new Lopas! We accept returns for refund or store credit within 14 days of receipt of goods. Please note, shipping charges are non-refundable. To be eligible for a return, your Lopas must be unused, in the original packaging and in the same condition that you received it. If you do need to make a return, please email email@example.com to arrange a refund or store credit, and confirm shipping requirements to ensure that you will be eligible for a refund.
